These Terms govern your use of Velloxx. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

Your Account

Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Velloxx. If you're under 18, you should have parental consent.

Account Security

  • One account per person
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Don't share your account with others
  • You're responsible for all activity on your account

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

Payment & Subscriptions

Pricing

  • Prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) for Paystack payments
  • Prices are shown in US Dollars ($) for Stripe payments

Payment Plans

  • Single Track: One-time payment for lifetime access to one certification
  • All Tracks: Monthly subscription for access to all certifications

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

No Refunds

All sales are final once you start your first diagnostic test. Payments are non-refundable.

How You Can Use Velloxx

Allowed Uses

  • Study and prepare for certification exams
  • Take diagnostic tests to assess your knowledge
  • Track your progress over time

Not Allowed

  • Sharing test questions or answers publicly
  • Using the platform for any illegal purpose
  • Scraping, copying, or redistributing our content

Your Study Data

You keep ownership of your test results and progress data. We use it to provide you with insights and recommendations.

Important Information

Service Provided "As Is"

Velloxx is provided "as is". We work hard to keep our content accurate and our platform running smoothly, but we can't guarantee it will always be perfect, error-free, or available 24/7.

Your Responsibility

You agree to use Velloxx responsibly and follow these Terms. If your actions cause problems (like violating someone's rights or breaking these rules), you're responsible for that.

What We're Not Responsible For

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We're not liable for lost study progress or test data due to technical issues
  • Our total liability is limited to what you've paid us in the past 12 months
  • We're not responsible for problems beyond our control (internet outages, payment processor issues, etc.)

Not Official Certification

Velloxx provides practice tests only. We are not affiliated with AWS, Cisco, CompTIA, or any certification body. Our diagnostic tests help you prepare, but don't guarantee you'll pass actual certification exams.

Governing Law

Ghana Law Applies

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ghana, unless you're entitled to different protections under your local law.

Arbitration

For disputes that can't be resolved informally, you agree to binding arbitration under the rules of the Ghana Arbitration Centre, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or through a notice on our platform. Continued use of Velloxx after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
